When does my founder pricing start?
When the house opens, currently targeted for late 2026. Until then, your spot is held and you will get every founder update we send.

What if you never open?
You get every peso back. If we haven't opened by Q2 2027, we refund 100%. We'd rather hand it back than open something half-built.
