About · built here
Create in Subic began with two small creative practices and a recurring problem: good work was happening here, but the rooms and connections around it were scattered.
Creator-led from the beginning
Broader by design
Opening target: late 2026
The origin · creator-led, not creator-only
That line still belongs in the story. Golden Sinag brought photography. Gawang Diwa brought florals, resin, and workshops. Meetups and local spotlights brought people around the same table.
The house makes the invitation wider: remote workers, makers, instructors, independent professionals, residents, visitors, and anyone curious enough to come in.
Read the original manifesto →Some people will come here to finish a proposal. Some will make a vase. Some will take a Pilates class upstairs and buy coffee on the way out. That is the point.
The founders · Gabriel + Sophia
They live and work in Subic. The project is not a copied coworking template dropped into the Freeport; it comes from what they have already needed, hosted, and made here.

How the house should behave
You should not need a membership, portfolio, or perfect reason to walk in.
Subic’s people, weather, industrial edges, coastal context, and everyday working life should be visible without turning into decoration.
A shared table can hold laptops in the morning, a workshop in the afternoon, and a conversation after it.
Plans, pricing, schedules, and later phases stay labelled until they are real.
Building in public
The approximately 240 sqm house is the physical next step, not the beginning of the community. Meetups, pop-ups, workshops, spotlights, and local collaborations are already how the work starts.
