Work · Coworking in Subic Bay

A better place to work than your bedroom.

Drop in for the day. Take a call. Finish a long edit. Work beside other independent people, then stay for a class or coffee.

Reliable internet and comfortable work settings are part of the plan. Hourly and day passes, plus weekly and monthly memberships, are planned with flexible visits at the centre.

Move · Mezzanine

A room to move in.

The enclosed mezzanine room is planned for approximately 10–12 people. Yoga, Pilates, barre, mobility, meditation, dance, and related practices can all have a home here.

Independent instructors bring their practice and community. Create in Subic provides the room and helps people find the class. Room hire starts from ₱3,000 per hour.

Make · Open creative area

Come make something with your hands.

Florals. Resin. Painting. Crafts. Photography. Skill-sharing. The ground floor is designed to change with the table: a workshop one morning, a small production in the afternoon, a maker meetup at night.

Join something hosted by the house, or bring a good idea and host your own.

Shoot · Two private rooms

Rooms made for making pictures.

Two private self-shoot studios on the mezzanine with professional lighting, full seamless paper backdrops in interchangeable colours, straightforward controls, and files delivered after the session.

Come for portraits, couples, families, products, or a month of content. The larger open area can also take small brand shoots and productions.

Pause · Neighbourhood coffee bar

Coffee, even when you have nothing booked.

Come in for a drink, open your laptop, meet someone, wait for a class, or stay after one. You do not need a booking to belong in the house.

The coffee bar opens with the coworking space. The menu, hours, and final service details are still in development, but coffee belongs to the house from day one.

Gather · The community already exists

The rooms matter. The people in them matter more.

Create in Subic began as a movement for the creators of Subic. That origin stays. The invitation is simply wider now: photographers, florists, developers, consultants, instructors, remote workers, makers, founders, and curious locals all make the house better.

  • Free monthly meetups
  • Workshops and skill-sharing
  • Pop-up portrait days
  • Creator and local spotlights
  • Artist markets and talks
  • Wellness classes
  • Community dinners

Built in public · Founding support

Help build the kind of place you want to use.

The founder campaign stays simple: help with the build now and receive more useful house credit when the doors open.

Credits are currently intended for coworking, studios, workshops, and selected room bookings. They are not being promised for café purchases or classes run independently by third-party instructors.

The door is not open yet. The list is.

There should be a place like this in Subic. So we’re making one.
