Every pass and membership includes the internet, the shared floor, and the coffee bar in the same house. Prices include VAT for individuals. Business invoices are quoted separately.

The first 20 annual members open the room with us. A founding membership is ₱30,000 a year, the equivalent of ₱2,500 a month against the ₱3,300 monthly rate. That saves ₱9,600 a year, and the rate stays yours at every renewal for as long as your membership stays continuous.

- Reliable internet is a core requirement of the coworking plan.
- Power, comfortable seating, shared tables, and individual work areas are expected.
- Coffee will be available within the house.
- Hourly and day passes, plus monthly, quarterly, half-year, and founding annual memberships, at the rates above.
- The wider community and program calendar are available to opt into.
Private offices, meeting rooms, 24/7 access, backup power, exact speeds, and final call areas are not being claimed until they are verified.

How much does coworking at Create in Subic cost?
Hourly passes are ₱150, day passes are ₱350, and memberships run ₱3,300 a month, ₱9,000 for three months, or ₱16,500 for six months. Founding members pay ₱30,000 a year, the equivalent of ₱2,500 a month.
What is a founding member?
One of the first 20 annual members. Founding members lock the ₱30,000 annual rate for as long as their membership stays continuous, and they are the first people offered a desk when memberships go on sale. Places are offered in waitlist order.
Do I pay anything to join the waitlist?
No. The waitlist saves your place and your rate. Nothing is charged before the house opens, and you decide whether to take the offer when the launch date is set.
When does coworking open?
The current target is late 2026. Everyone on the waitlist hears the launch date first, before passes and memberships go on public sale.
