A normal day · no productivity theatre

A better place to work than your bedroom.

You arrive, find a comfortable place, connect, and get on with it. There is coffee in the same house and other independent people nearby, without forcing anyone into a networking event.

  1. 08:45

Come in for an hour or the day

Choose a shared table or an individual work area. Hourly and day-pass access are both part of the plan.

  2. 10:30

    Take the call

Calls are expected. Final call settings and etiquette will be confirmed with the floor plan.

  3. 13:00

    Eat, pause, say hello

The coffee bar sits inside the same house, so a break does not mean packing everything up.

  4. 16:30

    Finish the long thing

An edit, proposal, deck, build, research task, or application. Quiet work is the main event.

  5. 18:00

    Stay, if you want

A class, workshop, meetup, or coffee can follow the workday. Nothing requires it.

What we can say now

The useful basics, without making up amenities.

  • Reliable internet is a core requirement of the coworking plan.
  • Power, comfortable seating, shared tables, and individual work areas are expected.
  • Coffee will be available within the house.
  • Flexible hourly and day visits, plus weekly and monthly membership options, are planned.
  • The wider community and program calendar are available to opt into.

Private offices, meeting rooms, 24/7 access, backup power, exact speeds, final call areas, and pricing are not being claimed until they are verified.
